Shiva is an agile attacker. She has high Evasion and Accuracy, but her Strength and Defence are not too high.

The queen of ice creates a giant block of ice and drops it on an enemy. It inflicts non-elemental damage in addition to the status ailment Threaten. It also slightly delays the target's next turn.

All enemies are freezed into layers of ice, and with a leisurely snap of her finger, Shiva destroys both the ice block and its contents. This attack is based on the element Ice, and will therefore have a stronger impact on enemies that are weak to the element. If the enemy is Immune to Ice, the overdrive may not have any effect at all.
